Absolutely not – We work with Realtors across North America, via telephone conferences and email. You can contact us
Monday – Friday 9-6 PST and our customer support will be happy to help you.
2. I was referred to your company and although I am not a Realtor, I am interested in your services… Can you create a brand for my consulting company?
Yes, we would be pleased to do business with you – Personal branding is all about image and we can create a brand that is appropriate for your industry.
3. How do I get a great photograph? Do you recommend any photographers?
We work with many talented photographers and if you are out of town and not available to work with our photographer, then we can recommend someone near you. We provide art direction to the photographer and we discuss wardrobe and hair and makeup before you go to the shoot.
4. How long does the branding process take?
Usually 3-4 weeks from the time you provide us with the photo of your choice. You will either receive the files or instruct us to proceed with the printing and mailing program. We never release files until the package has been paid in full.
5. How does the payment work?
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit before we proceed. Once the entire package has been approved and the balance paid, we can release the files. We will work with you until you are completely satisfied.
